What exactly can you experience within a living body... and how is it different than possessing the body?  nothing that I cannot experience now as I am.  I can use a physical body anytime I want to communicate physically. sometimes they are aware of it. sometimes they are not. possession is merely a persons "state of being", a persons perceptions, upon entering a state of madness. the person appears to be possessed...when they have really gone mad. people who have gone mad, can actually perceive this energy, they see us as "ghosts", and hence you label them mad or mentally disordered or possessed.

How can someone such as I, who is NOT psychic... see, hear or experience a ghost or unseen individual?  energy of this kind cannot be seen, heard, or touched anyway. it is experienced.  you experience this energy everyday, all day.  your waking reality is made of the same stuff dreams are made of. it is also the same energy we exist in. so you see jim, you are already experiencing this, whether you are aware of it or not.  and I am quite sure that you are aware of it.

What exactly keeps you from moving on to the afterlife? And how lonely is it for you in your present state of being? I suppose if one has a belief in the afterlife when they are alive, then they will percieve an afterlife in their death, ...but that is not the same for all of us.

Is there a way to protect ourselves if a cruel angry ghost is living in our home and tormenting us?  the same way you would protect yourself in your waking reality. Jim, if one is attacked, one defends oneself.  correct?
