1. Can you decide when you are able to see the living? Is there something like a switch within you that you can turn off & on for viewing us (the living). No more than when you can decide not to see something.  you just close your eyes.  When I cannot bear to see the living I go back and look at my memories. 

2. What are the ways in which you replenish your energy when depleted? In other words, how do you feed? Do you draw energy from the air, appliances, or do you take emotional energy from a distressed or otherwise living individual? Is it hard to resist taking energy or life substance from the living and do you crave it? And when you do take it from the living, does it affect the person emotionally and or physically? My energy does not deplete.  I am not using my energy for anything other than being.  I do not feed, but I get energy from being around my family--from still feeling their love.  I still love them & it makes me *stronger* (for lack of a better word--Michelle) to feel that they still love me.  I don't take their energy from them, but it's more of an energy transfer, they can feel when I am around, but sometimes they don't realize that what they are feeling is me.  They often just feel it as a strong memory or emotion.  But I am there then. (side note by Michelle--the times when I do see or feel something from the other side (other than just visions from this realm) I feel drained.  Not because anyone or anything has zapped my energy, but because it takes so much energy from them, and from us, to communicate.  It can be very exhausting.)

3. Do you have restrictions? Are there things that you can not do (besides the obvious) and or are there parameters you must stay within? If I do I don't know of them.  But I do not wander very far.

4. Can you see me "Jim Eaton", and if so can you tell me something about myself? Maybe even something personal that would normally not be known? When you look in on me, please let your presence be known. (Michelle again--I get zero response from this one.  But I get the feeling she considers this a trick, or a "game" as she calls it.  She spoke quickly about you not being within her "circle" (?), but now refuses to repeat herself when I ask again so I can type it. And she's getting annoyed, so I won't push it)

5. What do you know about The Light? Are you aware of The Light and can you move on at anytime? You know God (I think she means me) you don't have to ask me about God.  (so I ask "how do you feel about God?  What do you want Jim to know about God?")  God is a great comfort to me now, I turn to God when my sadness overtakes me.  (can you move on from your sadness?)  Not yet.  I want him (Jim) to know that God has not forsaken him.  (she laughs at this, I don't know why) And he is a lucky one.  ( I don't know what that means, do you?) 

Lastly:
Is there anything else you would like (or be willing) to share with us for our research? (anything else?)  I want to go home.  (which home?)  starts to cry..."any".  yes, there is more.  Let them know that we can still feel their love, and to never stop loving us, that we can feel it and we need it just as much as we did when we were there.  I can still feel love. 

Michelle--also being an empath I just feel like my heart has broken.  I am in tears typing that last sentence.  This young woman came to me in a field, I know she had been murdered--probably early 70s & I'm thinking by a boyfriend, but other than that she refuses to talk about her passing.  I just feel overwhelming sadness from her.  I always have.  I thank you for posing this forum, it gave us the chance to talk about something other than things she doesn't want to share.  She just wants to be heard & felt & acknowledged.  Feel free to edit this email as needed if you decide to use it.  Good luck to you!
