2. Is there a surefire way to force a ghost or "unseen being" to leave a house or residence if the owners so wish it? If so, what would that be? And are substances such as salt & sage a serious deterrent for you or evil entities?
She's telling me that they mean no harm as long as you have done nothing wrong, there is no certain way to make a spirit leave the house, it depends on what house it is, and the people that live there. she does*t respond to the last part

3. Do unseen beings (like yourself) have the power to kill or severely hurt a living person? If not, are there laws in place to prevent you from doing such a thing?
She says she cant hurt somebody , but she can make people feel bad she cant explain how.

4. Are non-human entities & or evil spirits  prevalent in your world and are you powerless around them? And are the living powerless if we are being singled out by them?
Spirits don't attack human beings for fun. there is always a reason. either trespassing , harming loved ones, those kind of things.

5. How do you view the living? In other words, can you always see us, and do we appear differently to you than we appear to each other?
she cannot see a lot of color, she mostly sees people in white, everything is in white or very light blue.

She doesn't like it when people shout in the house its a horrible sound.  -Dennis
