is owned and operated by James W. Eaton, a private individual. “Ghost Hunters
of America" is a group affiliated with Ghoststudy.com but is
actually a separate entity. The founders of “Ghost Hunters of America” are James Eaton
and Anndrija Long.
Any
trip that is further away than 100 miles from Sacramento, CA will require
traveling expenses for a team of two unless otherwise agreed. In some occasions we
at Ghoststudy will cover the expenses ourselves if it is an extremely
haunted location. i. e. the bed shakes every night at 10pm, etc.
Our
Team will come in and document occurrences, counsel you on your options, and on some
occasions we will even remove the entity from your residence or business. There
are of course no guarantee's that a presence in the home will be sent on it's
way. We will explain all of that after a determination is made on exactly what
it is we are dealing with. On our staff we have psychics, sensitive, and a medicine man. The appropriate members will be paired up for your particular
situation.
Release
of Liability:
By using our service, you hereby RELEASE and DISCHARGE it's owners,
principals, employees, affiliates, presenters, producers and participants from
any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action that you now have, or
may have in the future, for injuries, damages, death and/or economic loss of any
kind or nature, arising in whole or in part out of the activities, advice or
information we present. You further agree that if you or someone under your
supervision use the information we present, you assume all risks of injury,
damage, and economic loss, without limitation, and release providers from all
liability therein.
