Getting rid of ghosts

WILLARD LIBRARY CAPTURE!
Could you please have a look at this cap from the main room? I
submitted it, so did a friend who was watching at the same time,
and at least 3 other people all capped the same thing. It is
clearly a transparent child sitting, yet "Robert" the Willard
cam moderator states that it could simply be a "pixilation
effect".

Staff comments:
when dealing with web cams, we
certainly need to consider pixilation. And if someone is moving
around down below, they can easily show up as a distorted image.
The faster they move the more ghostly (distorted) they can
appear. This particular capture however, doesn't seem to meet
the criteria of motion. But we can't completely rule out
pixilation... but the image is clear enough to consider
otherwise.
