SPIRIT COMMUNICATION IN DREAMS

Sarah, who signed herself as a faithful Ghoststudy reader, asked the question:  What are your thoughts about those who have died or crossed over coming back to visit those of us here on Earth by way of our dreams?

This is a wonderful question.  Sarah, you are right, our passed over loved ones can and do come back to visit us in our dreams.  The subconscious mind is very powerful.  When we are asleep we are in an alpha state of being.  The body is relaxed, and the conscious mind is at rest and usually peaceful.  This allows our subconscious mind to be more open, and where our dreams are generated.

Our deceased loved ones are always eager to communicate with us, whether to just let us know they are alright or to give us a message.  They will find a way to communicate with us.  Some of us are fortunate enough that we can see and hear them through psychic awareness.  Others will sense them around them.  Sometimes they will manufacture a scent we associate them with.  When my father is around I will often times smell Electoshave.

While we are sleeping, they can enter our state of consciousness, with the help of our Spirit Guides, and communicate with us.  Time and time again we have heard stories of passed on loved ones visiting and talking with their loved ones while they were sleeping.

My favorite brother died 20 years ago.  He will often come to me in dreams.  I will have very vivid dreams about him, wherein we talk and visit.  On rare occasions we will astral travel together and go someplace and just sit and talk.  He has come for me on numerous occasions, and I have left my body through an out of body experience to allow my soul to connect with him and visit on the astral plane.

Usually when a loved one visits you in a dream, the dream will be very vivid, often in living color and you will have total recall of the dream.  Unlike those silly mixed up dreams we all have, these visitation dreams will seem like they are really happening to you in real time and you will wake up knowing that you indeed had a visit from a loved one.
